Ordinator Perk Overhaul has the best Destruction, Illusion, Alchemy, Smithing, Heavyarmor, Lightarmor perk trees. Also if you google ordinator vs perma there are some really good breakdowns of the differences on google.
Really enioying ordinator so far! The balance isn't perfect, but it gives you so many options that you can really be creative with how you want to play.
